Nursing Care

The need for nursing care doesn’t have to mean the end of your independence. Our Home is always staffed by nurses who are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council 24-hours a day, every day of the year. Our experienced nurses work closely with our team of carers and senior carers to provide round-the-clock support, so the care you need can be carried out when is most convenient and comfortable for you.

Our Nurses work in partnership with GP’s and other health professionals, our nurses ensure that clinical nursing care is maintained to the highest standards.

At Annesley we are able to support adults with varying degrees of nursing needs, such as recovery from an injury, illness or stroke. We also manage those with long-term conditions like arthritis as well as progressive disorders such as dementia, Parkinson's disease and respiratory illness.

Before moving into Annesley a care plan is tailored to meet individual and personal needs. Information is gathered by working with community care management teams and speaking with the resident and family. This care plan will be developed so that the care given is appropriate. Our aim is to help every person who lives with us to enjoy quality of life and maintain choice.
