Annesley House

Annesley House is a traditional detached building situated in the village of Torphins, seven miles west of Banchory and twenty-two miles from the centre of Aberdeen.

Once a family home, this lovely building has been extended to accommodate thirty-six residents on two floors, the upper floor being serviced by two lifts and three staircases. Set in an acre of mature gardens, the house enjoys superb views of Clachnaben and, although in the countryside, is within walking distance of nearby shops and amenities.

Alan and Elaine Cordiner have owned Annesley House since 2001 and are actively involved in the day-to-day running of the Home. They also own Overdon Care Home in Kintore.

Annesley House Care Home is registered with the Scottish Care Inspectorate since and provides nursing care for a maximum of thirty-six older people – two of these places may be used for younger adults with physical impairment.
